I am a psychotherapist specialising in couple/relationship and psychosexual psychotherapy for individuals and couples online and face-to-face. I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists. This can be online from anywhere in the UK using different platforms, or face to face central London, Nassau Street W1 (Goodge Street, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, West End, Soho, Bloomsbury, Great Portland Street) or Kent CT5 (Whitstable, near Canterbury, Herne Bay, Faversham) consulting rooms.

I have many years of experience working with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues both privately, in other organisations and the NHS. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a trained and qualified Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist and a Senior Accredited member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

As Associate Director of the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and course Director of the Naos Institute's Advanced Couples Diploma, I help train the next generation of specialist therapists.

I take an integrative approach incorporating a number of therapeutic schools of thought, including humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

My consulting rooms in central London W1 and Whitstable, Kent are comfortable and confidential. There is parking available in Whitstable and so driving from Canterbury and the surrounds is a short trip. I also offer online therapy.

Clinical Supervision
In addition, I work as a Clinical Supervisor offering supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors. I have a Diploma in Individual and Group Supervision. I hope to add value to and support therapists' professional development. If you are a counsellor or psychotherapist looking for supervision, please feel free to contact me. I supervise therapists privately, at the mental health charity MIND and trainee counsellors at the University of East London.
As well as general supervision, I offer specialist supervision to counsellors and therapists working with couples, relationships and psychosexual issues.

Certificate in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy (Couples Institute, USA - 1 year + 1 year advanced group)

I have trained with the Couples Institute (USA) for one year under its founder Dr Ellyn Bader Phd author of 'In Quest For The Mythical Mate' and 'Tell Me No Lies'. The institute takes a developmental approach to relationship work drawing on different therapeutic approaches. I was with the Institute for a number of years and trained at the advanced level.
